With a unique floor plan divided into two sections around a central outdoor zone, the project showcased the highest level of workmanship, according to Judges. "The builder has taken particular attention to finishes and clever design" they said of the three bedroom, two bathroom home designed for a narrow 330sqm block.
The property opens via a gatehouse entry, with timber-decked pathways beneath western red cedar-lined ceilings. The main suite is in a separate "pod" at the front of the home, overlooking a custom made swimming pool by Pearl Coast Pools. A central colorbond- framed structure houses the laundry and powder room and serves as an outdoor hallway to the alfresco area. Sliding doors connect the Alfresco area to the open-plan main living area, which features stunning, black bamboo flooring.
"This fantastic Project was a pleasure to Judge and a true credit to Broome Based Builder NorthWest Builders"
